Time for another wheel.
The method of mounting a rim on a tire is always the same, it is enough to warm it up well and the rubber becomes so flexible that it will easily fit on the rim. After cooling, it will return to its shape and will properly adhere to the rim edge.

In the next stage:

Ignition coil, bonnet hinge, upper mount for front shock absorbers.
